Controls

Blocks are solid if you're the same colour as them. Change the colour of your slime to slip through blocks and platform your way through each stage!

Left/Right Arrow to move
Space to jump
Number keys 1-4 to change colour

Slime Stars is a very small puzzle platformer built for the GDL Discord server's Quantum Game Jam.

I built the game on my own in ~14 hours. The difficulty certainly ramps up quite a bit for the last couple of levels. Treat it as a small slice of a game, as I think I quite liked the idea and mechanics, so will definitely build on this and release a more complete feeling version over the coming weeks.

Great idea, very well executed. I especially love the music, art and level design. I had some trouble hitting the correct key at times, I wonder if having the color keys at "Q-W-E-R" instead of "1-2-3-4" would help at all.
Please make a bigger game out of this if you have the chance, I'd love to play more :)
